For orders under $34.95, we will ship your cable organizers anywhere in the US for a flat rate of $4.00. We will also ship internationally for a flat rate of $15.00 per order.

If you are unsatisfied with your cable cord organizers for any reason, simply ship them to us (post-marked) within 60 days of purchasing them and we will give you a full refund, including any initial shipping costs. The refund does NOT include the cost of return shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee on orders of $100 or greater. The organizers must be in new condition when returned for the full refund to apply.

Damaged Product Returns
If your order was damaged when you received it, please send the damaged product back to our manufacturing office at the address above. Once we receive your package we will immediately ship you out new merchandise and we will credit you $4.00 toward the cost you incurred shipping us back damaged product. Please include your full name, telephone number and a brief description as to what is damaged about the merchandise (if it’s not obvious). This is a very rare situation but on occasion merchandise gets damaged during the shipping process. We apologize for the inconvenience and will handle your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
